HR Vision
The Haanpaa Group´s HR vision is to deliver both operational and strategic HR services to the business. One part of this is to attract, recruit and retain professionals to our various job roles throughout the company. With a coherent recruitment process, we aim for a good mix of qualifications according to experience, academic qualifications, technical skills, personal drive and ambition.
As Haanpaa Group is committed to, and shall comply with, stringent operational, traffic safety and alcohol and drug policies, we have an in-house framework to ensure that we have the same approach to all Traffic Planners and Drivers in how they are trained and developed in their roles and professions.
