ADR-Haanpää will improve and centralize its operations

To be able to better respond to the increasing challenges in the market place and to be able to offer more concentrated and improved services to our customers, ADR-Haanpää has started a process to concentrate its activities to fewer locations than before and streamline the administrative functions.

To be able to better respond to the increasing challenges in the market place and to be able to offer more concentrated and improved services to our customers, ADR-Haanpää has started a process to concentrate its activities to fewer locations than before and streamline the administrative functions.

The administrative locations of our company will be reduced significantly. In Finland the traffic planning and control as well as administration will be carried out in two locations: Helsinki and Oulu. The customer care center and a warehouse location in Hamina will remain and will be offering wider scale of services in future.

In Sweden we shall concentrate all our administrative as well as traffic planning functions in Helsingborg. Some dedicated customer service functions will remain as they are today. The company’s financial administration will be outsourced in all the locations in order to achieve more efficient operations and provide better possibilities for further development of activities and personnel.

ADR-Haanpää beliefs it can better this way respond to market challenges but at the same time improve customer its service care capabilities.
