Haanpaa Group improving customer cervice

Haanpaa Group is improving customer service and invoice quality. Customer invoicing activities will be centralized to single contact location in Tallinn, Estonia. This process has been started in the beginning of August 2009 and will continue until the invoicing practices have been completely tranferred to Tallinn.

Until the centralization process is completed the invoicing will partly be conducted in Finland and Sweden.
