Haanpaa Oy has agreed to sell its ownersip (90%) in TKH Logistics OY to Jukka Haanpää and a consortium led by him.
Haanpaa Oy has agreed to sell its ownersip (90%) in TKH Logistics OY to Jukka Haanpää and a consortium led by him. The deal is intended to be closed by 31st of October 2009. The deal is part of, and an essential part of Haanpaa Group's strategy in concentrating in its core businesses.
