2009/04/16

From May 1 , 2009 Tankclean Sweden AB will take over the business at Haanpaa AB's tank cleaning stations in Perstorp, Kvarntorp and Sollentuna in Sweden.

Haanpaa AB and Tankclean Sweden AB have recently reached an agreement according to which Tankclean Sweden AB will take over Haanpaa AB's tank cleaning stations in Perstorp, Kvarntorp och Sollentuna on May 1, 2009. Haanpaa AB will thereby streamline its operations and focus on its core businesses – warehousing, transportation and distribution of liquid chemicals to the customer.

”We will still need tank cleaning for times to come and think this is an excellent solution where Tankclean continue to take care of business along with the other stations in Stenungsund and Goteborg”, says Christer Grahn, Market & Sales Director for Haanpaa Group.

Tankclean Sweden AB will, by taking over the three stations, become the market leader in tank cleaning in Sweden and are, of course, glad to be able to expand, offering high quality tank cleaning in more locations in Sweden.

For the stations in Kumla, Perstorp and Sollentuna the take over will mean being part of a group of tank cleaning stations with all the benefits of coordinated ventures on environmental techniques and administration.
